that night I fell asleep beyond the reach of time
and life from entirely different world
grabbed me by my neck and dragged me up the stairs
without looking back
abandoned day-time flesh
pains
fires and stink
and walked away with seeded core
purest gem
as if I have never been down there
in a blink
my pretense world was born and useless died
high up
I was rescued

tej nocy zasnąłem poza zasięgiem czasu
i życie z obcego miejsca porwało mnie
schwytało za ręce i poniosło do gwiazd
jednak w końcu porzuciło mięso i krew
odszedło, jakby nigdy go tu nie było
gdzie urodził się i umarł mój świat

Te noce już nie wrócą po mnie
pogubiły się po drodze
zapomniały
między jeziorem i gwiazadami odbitymi w jego tafli
gdzieś na brzegu lasu życia w którym zgubiony chodzę i czekam na ich ciepło  szept
ale ta ciemność jest inna
inna niż wtedy
kiedy naga powoli zanurzałaś  się w krysztale wody
szepcząc do księżyca moje imię
a on słuchał czekając na pełnię
naszej miłości

Those nights won’t come back for me
they got lost on the way back
maybe forgot I am here
between the river and galaxies above
dancing it out on river’s dim face
lost
somewhere on the edge of the forest of life
where I have wandered tempted not to be discovered but
waiting for nights warmth
whisper
nevertheless this new darkness feels different
different from back then
when naked
you slowly immersed yourself in the river’s waters
whispering my name to the Moon
it listened and dressed itself in its full
heavenly body to glow above
our love being born

 

The greatest misfortune in a man’s life is to meet the woman of his life and not have her for a lifetime, but only for a moment, which for the rest of that life turns into a chronic wound.
